    Free visitor tickets

    Only together can we create the unique fair experience. That’s why Messe Dornbirn offers all exhibitors the opportunity to secure free visitor tickets for unrestricted distribution.

    How does it work?

  • Be active with us and promote the Herbstmesse in your paid campaigns – for example, through ads, radio spots, or exciting social media posts
  • Send proof to wuK@messedornbirn.at

    • Support for young entrepreneurs

    Messe Dornbirn and the Vorarlberg Chamber of Commerce are also supporting young entrepreneurs from Vorarlberg with their trade fair appearances this year.A 20% discount on space rental is granted at the Herbstmesse. A limited number of spaces are available for this support. Please note that this discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

    Requirements are:

  • Company headquarters in Vorarlberg
  • Company founded from 01.01.2022 onwards
  • First-time participation in a fair at Messe Dornbirn

    • Registration obligation for employees and temporary staff

    All employees and temporary staff must be registered for the entire duration of their activity, including setup and dismantling, at the Dornbirn Messequartier. Registration is done with the responsible authorities in Austria. On-site inspections by the responsible authorities may take place. As an exhibitor at the Herbstmesse, you must be able to present the required documents at any time.

    Decree on the cash register obligation from 2016

    The decree on the cash register obligation was issued in 2016 by the Federal Ministry of Finance and has been in effect since then. The aim of the cash register obligation is to combat undeclared sales and tax evasion. This is intended to create fair conditions for a competitive business location and for local entrepreneurs.
